Join the humpback whales for a day of adventure

Each year sees the
return of these spectacular, gentle giants of
the sea as they journey back to Antarctica after
their annual migration to the warm Queensland
waters where they mate and give birth.
Hervey Bay is a
popular spot for the whales to frolic and play
with their new calves, the water warm and
protected by Fraser Island. Teaching the
techniques of breaching, tail slapping and spy
hopping is all part of the day's itinerary for
these majestic mammals, and offers us the
perfect opportunity to witness their behaviour
in a convenient and safe location.
